Job summary

CloudControlMedia in Foster City, CA is seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of high-value education publisher partners within our CCMP platform, focusing on clicks, calls and lead products to deepen partnerships.

You will base decisions on data, collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, product and client teams, and educate partners on our product suite. Occasional travel (~10%) is required; competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics or related field.
• 3+ years in a support/related role; education vertical experience a plus.
• Knowledge of online performance marketing practices a plus.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and data-driven decision making.
• Proficient with numbers and Excel; comfortable with data analysis.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau or SQL preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team skills.
• Willingness to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Manage, build, and grow portfolio of existing partners through strategic thinking, effective communication, and data analysis
• Lead a team of employees to drive client initiatives and strategic integrations
• Identify publisher opportunities and propose solutions to optimize publisher goals
• Analyze performance on the CCMP platform and coach partners on self-service management
• Collaborate with client/advertiser, analytics, creative and product teams to uncover growth areas
• Educate publishers on CloudControlMedia product and service offerings
• Develop relationships with senior publisher contacts
• Provide education market insights to help publishers make informed decisions over time
