Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in counseling, business or related field.
3-5 years of relevant work experience in career advising, career counseling, life coaching, leadership coaching, mentoring or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present professionally.
Experience building relationships with key constituents and delivering targeted coaching.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with external organizations, employers, graduate programs, and stakeholders.
Conduct 1:1 coaching to help students identify strengths, goals, and action plans.
Lead group workshops and leadership programs to build communication and collaboration skills.
Monitor student progress and adjust coaching strategies to evolving needs.
Represent the Center in meetings, events, and outreach programs.
