Job summary

The Senior Director, Partnerships and Engagement Initiatives at the University of Washington Bothell School of Business leads strategic partnerships, engagement initiatives, and revenue-generating opportunities. Reporting to the Dean, this role builds relationships with corporate partners, community leaders and sponsors to enhance student learning and the School's impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and at least 5 years in partnerships or advancement.
• Preferred master’s degree and higher education fundraising experience.
• Strong communication, strategic planning and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow partnership programs with corporations, foundations, and professional associations.
• Source and manage experiential learning projects and sponsor relationships with campus stakeholders.
• Lead external engagement initiatives including alumni, mentors, and employer relations.
• Supervise staff and manage budgets, events, communications and program operations.
