Job summary

Zocdoc is looking for a Senior Manager of Business Development to create, manage, and grow strategic partnerships essential to our expansion. You’ll own new business development and optimize ongoing partner performance, negotiating mutually beneficial terms and aligning partnerships with Zocdoc’s long-term strategy.

• 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or related roles.
• Proven track record managing partnerships with large companies.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of strategic distribution partnerships, including performance reviews and ongoing engagement.
• Define and execute the long-term partner relationship strategy to grow and optimize the partner base.
• Lead regular partner conversations, business reviews, and strategic check-ins to align goals and drive improvements.
• Monitor partner performance metrics and identify opportunities to expand partnerships and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, marketing, ops, legal, finance, analytics, sales) to deliver scalable partnerships.
