Job summary

GoodLeap in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Business Development Manager to proactively identify and sign Home Improvement partners and help them access best-in-class loan programs. You will collaborate with the BD team to ensure partner success and source new opportunities through outbound calls and emails.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Experience selling to home improvement contractors or distributors.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, qualify, and sign prospective HI partners; handles accounts under 2 million annually.
• Source new partnership opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach.
• Develop knowledge of GoodLeap products and align partner needs with loan programs.
• Collaborate with BD Directors to ensure partner success and provide BI-driven guidance.
• Propose improvements to sales processes and pitch approaches.
