FuturePlan is seeking a Business Development Consultant to build and expand strategic relationships with advisors, consultants, plan sponsors, and institutional partners. You will work with an external Regional Vice President to execute territory strategy, identify opportunities, and grow both new and existing business.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to financial professionals such as advisors, consultants or plan sponsors.
• Ability to manage a territory and drive pipeline within a specified region.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills with client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with advisors, consultants, plan sponsors, and institutional partners.
• Partner with the RVP to execute territory strategy and drive growth.
• Uncover new opportunities, advance prospects through the pipeline, and support proposals.
• Provide expert guidance on retirement solutions and plan design.
• Educate partners and participate in industry events to raise brand presence.
• Monitor territory performance and maintain knowledge of products and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
