FuturePlan, the nation’s largest retirement plan TPA, seeks a Business Development Consultant to build and expand strategic relationships with financial professionals within an assigned territory. The role partners with the Regional VP to drive territory execution, deepen partner engagement, and identify growth opportunities.

The position serves as a trusted consultant, delivering tailored retirement solutions and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain relationships with advisors, consultants, plan sponsors, and institutional partners.
• Partner with the RVP to execute territory strategy and drive business growth.
• Uncover new opportunities, manage pipeline, and move prospects through the sales cycle.
• Support proposal development, documentation, and full sales lifecycle execution.
• Provide expert guidance on plan design and retirement solutions.
• Deliver client-specific recommendations leveraging FuturePlan capabilities.
• Conduct presentations and events to drive engagement and brand presence.
• Educate partners to win and retain business.
• Monitor territory performance and stay current on product knowledge.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
