Job summary

Pew Charitable Trusts is seeking an Officer, Partnerships (Fundraising) in Washington, DC. This role drives fundraising and partnership support across Government Performance, Philadelphia projects, and Scientific Advancement, building deep donor relationships and coordinating with program teams to achieve strategic goals.

Reporting to the director, Partnerships, GPS, you will develop proposals, donor stewardship plans, and collaborative initiatives across Pew’s network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Eight years of successful fundraising experience with proven closes.
• Discretion handling confidential information and professional conduct.
• Strong ability to set priorities and learn Pew systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an assigned fundraising portfolio.
• Create proposals, concept papers and fundraising plans.
• Collaborate with program staff to articulate value to donors.
• Maintain prospect relationships and reporting in CRM systems.
