Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to manage major hospital and health system partnerships under value-based contracts. You will drive strategic direction with senior leadership, lead account-level business development, and oversee Enterprise Performance teams for operational excellence.

Applicants should have 10+ years client-facing healthcare experience, 7+ years of management, and 3+ years in value-based care, with willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of client-facing project leadership in healthcare with senior management exposure.
• 7+ years of management experience in healthcare environments.
• 3+ years of Value Based Care experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Master’s degree or higher preferred in health services research, policy, healthcare administration, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage at least one large hospital and health system partner with value-based contracts and Aledade lives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set strategic direction for accounts.
• Lead business development and relationship management at the account level.
• Support operations teams and SMEs on the Enterprise Performance team.
• Responsible for financial accountability and achieving annual savings and quality targets.
• Develop a repeatable playbook for enterprise performance strategy.
• Manage ACO profit and loss and liaison with centralized support teams.
• Lead local/multi-state ACO boards and interface with centralized teams.
• Collaborate with Growth and field teams to establish physician partnerships.
• Support onboarding of new accounts and professional development of team members.
