Job summary

Strada Education Foundation, Inc. is offering a paid summer internship in Washington, DC with a hybrid work model.

The Strategic Partnership & Corporate Development Intern will support the Affiliates and Strategic Partnerships teams, and the Strategy and Innovation team, gaining exposure to nonprofit operations and leadership insights. The program runs May 18, 2027 to August 13, 2027, with a 13-week duration.

Qualifications

• At least one year out of high school and currently enrolled in or accepted into a postsecondary education or training program (college, apprenticeship, boot camp, etc.).
• Familiarity with Looker, Tableau, or another data visualization platform.
• Experience using Python to explore, clean, or analyze data.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and contribute in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Zoom and Slack is a plus.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently while being open to feedback.
• Passionate about promoting equitable opportunities in education and employment.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to collaborate, contribute, and enhance the experience of the entire internship cohort.

Responsibilities

• Support Affiliates and Strategic Partnerships teams along with Strategy and Innovation initiatives.
• Contribute to rotational projects and real-world initiatives across nonprofit operations.
• Participate in leadership speaker series, lunch-and-learns, and industry interviews.
• Engage in networking events and professional development activities.
