Job summary

Strada Education Foundation, Inc. is offering a summer internship for a Postsecondary Education Intern. The program provides a hands-on, 13-week experience with exposure to nonprofit operations and leadership engagement in Washington, DC.

Interns work in a hybrid setting, with in-office days on Tuesdays and additional department-specific days. Pay is $22.75/hour for undergraduates and $25/hour for graduates, with opportunities for professional development, speaker series, and networking across

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or accepted into a postsecondary education or training program.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Zoom and Slack is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with others.
• Passionate about promoting equitable opportunities in education and employment.

Responsibilities

• Support efforts to enhance access to quality coaching and affordable postsecondary education and training.
• Assist in grants management, research and analysis, program management, and evaluation.
• Engage in hands-on experiences across program design, implementation, and learning activities.
• Contribute to projects in Postsecondary Initiatives, Quality Coaching, and Research.
• Participate in rotational work and professional development events.
