Job summary

OG.com, a Crypto.com company, is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the partnerships team and manage relationships with operators and market makers in our Sports and Predictions business.

You will coordinate meetings, prepare briefing materials, translate product updates into partner-facing communications, and track partner coverage across sports and market types, while collaborating with engineers, designers, analysts and marketers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in account management, partnerships, or trading ops.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive-facing experience.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple items concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Support partnerships as an additional contact for operators and market makers.
• Coordinate meetings across partners, internal teams, and leadership.
• Prepare materials and briefing documents for partner meetings.
• Translate technical product updates into clear partner communications.
• Engage with market makers on performance and coverage topics.
• Track market maker coverage across sports, leagues and market types.
• Collaborate across engineers, designers, analysts and marketers.
• Support sales and onboarding for new partners and market makers.
