Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare pitches, one-pagers, and tailored partner briefs; conduct research on prospects.
• Organize information in the CRM and maintain lead database updates.
• Manage the Director of Partnerships' agenda and take meeting notes with follow‑ups.
• Track lead status in HubSpot and centralize negotiation documents.
• Keep internal tools updated at each stage of partnerships and complete docs.
