Cumorah Academy seeks a proactive Strategic Partnerships & Community Engagement Specialist to build the U.S. presence, focusing first in Utah. The role blends outreach, university relations, events, and lead generation to connect more young adults with our programs.

You will initiate conversations, organize events, recruit volunteers, and measure results to optimize outreach. Travel and hybrid work are expected as you expand Cumorah Academy’s reach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategic partnerships, community engagement, outreach, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Market and network to identify prospective students and partnerships.
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities, businesses, and community groups.
• Plan and execute events, workshops, and information sessions.
• Coordinate volunteers and leadership programs.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Enrollment to move prospects to enrollment.
• Track results and provide feedback on channels and messaging.
• Represent Cumorah Academy at events and in the community.
