Kalamazoo Regional Educational Service Agency (KRESA) seeks a Business & Community Partnerships Coordinator to expand opportunities for learners by building strong ties with business, industry and community partners in Portage, Michigan. The role coordinates advisory structures and uses Salesforce data to inform outreach and improvements.

The position collaborates with Career Connect and other teams and represents KRESA publicly, supporting career learning and work‑based experiences for students.

Competenze

• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with community engagement and partnership development.
• Experience using CRM systems and Salesforce reports/dashboards preferred.

• Develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with business, industry, and community partners.
• Manage portfolio of partner relationships: outreach, engagement, follow‑up, recognition and stewardship.
• Identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships and connect partners with KRESA programs.
