Job summary

Via is seeking a Partnership Proposals Lead in a role that blends strategy, research, and persuasive writing to win transformative mobility partnerships with cities and transit agencies. You will craft high-quality proposals, distill complex tech specs into clear narratives, and coordinate with Strategy and executive teams to meet customer needs and Via’s positioning as a technology partner.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience with a track record of impeccable written communication.
• Experience writing proposals, policy memos, or long-form narratives is valued.
• Ability to distill complex technical information into clear prose for diverse audiences.
• Strong judgment and strategic intuition for persuasive storytelling.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Partnerships, Expansion, and Finance teams to develop strategies for competitive procurements.
• Absorb complex specifications and distill into clear, digestible prose for internal and external audiences.
• Write, review, and copy-edit long-form narrative proposals for potential partners.
• Research industry trends and customer needs to synthesize insightful commentary.
• Lead end-to-end proposal processes from procurement through submission.
• Communicate with potential partners via phone and email with clarity.
• Support senior team members during interviews and launches with cities and transit agencies.
