Extreme Networks is seeking a dynamic Strategic Partner Marketing Manager to lead our strategic (Nationals) reseller marketing efforts in the Americas. You’ll own the marketing relationship with your strategic partners. This role involves creating and executing joint marketing plans, building pipeline, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B demand generation, digital and in-person marketing activities, and partner enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement marketing programs to engage and grow revenue with Americas resellers (Nationals and other key accounts).
  2. Drive partner education and enablement initiatives to improve partner effectiveness and mindshare.
  3. Create and execute annual partner marketing plans, aligning initiatives with Extreme Networks' corporate objectives and themes, and ensuring measurable outcomes.
  4. Regularly engage with assigned partners to design and execute integrated campaigns, facilitating co-marketing efforts and demand generation initiatives.
  5. Oversee logistics and execution of co-marketing events, including virtual engagements and regional field events.
  6. Collaborate with Channel Sales, BDR, and Marketing Operations to optimize channel marketing opportunities and support pipeline growth.
  7. Represent assigned partners and key results in weekly and quarterly internal reviews and related activities.
  8. Support the creation of channel marketing and sales materials, including playbooks, datasheets, presentations, webinars, and videos.
  9. Manage Market Development Funds (MDF) allocation for key partners, ensuring strategic and effective spending.
  10. Monitor and report on key metrics, ROI, and spend for all channel marketing activities.
  11. Market ‘about’ partners internally and externally via WinWires, case studies, web presence, etc.
  12. Support other reseller initiatives in the Americas as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. Results orientation and a growth mindset.
  3. 5+ years of experience in channel, field, or partner marketing in the Networking and/or SaaS space.
  4. Proven success in building and executing marketing engagement strategies with technology, Reseller, VAR, MSP, SI, and Distribution partners.
  5. Experience managing and optimizing Market Development Funds (MDF) to drive measurable and scalable impact.
  6. Demonstrated ability to influence across levels, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, think and execute creative solutions.
  7. Strategic thinker with the ability to articulate a clear vision, value, and strategy for partner success.
  8. Expertise with SFDC, Marketo, Tableau, and PRM systems.
  9. Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally.
