Job summary

Les Mills US is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to manage a growing portfolio of club partners across a defined territory, working remotely with a preference for East Coast. You will build strong relationships with club owners and leaders, drive adoption of Les Mills programs, and deliver measurable business outcomes through data-driven reviews.

Qualifications

Proven experience in account management, customer success, territory management, or B2B sales.
Strong track record of growing customer relationships and delivering commercial outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic territory plans to drive growth and revenue.
Build trusted partnerships with club owners, operators, and decision-makers.
Identify opportunities to expand program adoption and engagement.
Deliver business reviews and performance insights to help clients reach goals.
Proactively manage retention and support at-risk accounts with targeted action plans.
Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Operations to improve customer experience.
Maintain visibility of account activity and outcomes in Salesforce.
