Job summary
Les Mills US is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead a portfolio of club partners across the United States with a remote-first setup and East Coast preference. The role offers a salary of $110,000 to $115,000 plus incentive opportunities, and you will be a strategic partner driving adoption of Les Mills programs, customer growth, and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales.
- Strong ability to grow customer relationships and deliver commercial outcomes.
- Comfortable using data to guide conversations and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory plans to drive growth, retention, and revenue.
- Build trusted partnerships with club owners and operators.
- Identify expansion opportunities for program adoption and engagement.
- Deliver business reviews and performance insights to customers.
- Proactively manage at-risk accounts with targeted actions.
- Use data and trends to provide meaningful recommendations.
- Drive upsell, renewals, and expansions to grow the portfolio.
- Maintain visibility of activity and outcomes in Salesforce.
