Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a project management or similar role.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport across a matrixed organization.
• Proven track record of driving projects independently.
• Experience with subcontracting processes / professional services.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; excellent business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Oracle Health Federal Consulting partners.
• Collaborate with Oracle Health Federal Consulting leaders and analysts to drive partner strategies.
• Solicit partner proposals and track contract status.
• Provide regular updates to partners and executives.
