Little Dot Studios in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Paid Media Associate to join our Paid Media team. This role emphasizes strategy, client communication, and data-driven media planning, with a foundation in hands-on campaign exposure to Google Ads, YouTube, and paid social.

You will support relationships, help build media plans aligned with client KPIs, review creative assets, and guide internal teams through tasks, QA, and reporting to fuel growth for our diverse client portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience at a digital/social media agency, publisher, or creator network with exposure to paid social strategy and audience acquisition.
• Solid foundational understanding of YouTube channel growth, Google Ads objectives, and video asset specs.
• Demonstrated focus on client success, with a track record of driving campaign goals and testing ideas.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality assurance across campaign plans, decks, and creatives.

Responsibilities

• Campaign structuring and media plan creation aligned with client KPIs.
• Communicate with clients and lead regular status updates.
• Translate performance metrics into clear decks and reports with insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams to pivot plans as goals evolve.
