Job summary

Little Dot Studios in Los Angeles is seeking a part-time Platform Manager to guide the Social Video Services team and coordinate with a coordinator while leading client calls and channel strategy.

You will manage daily tasks, oversee content calendar and video edits, review YouTube copy, and analyze performance using YouTube Analytics and other tools; bring strong project management and communication skills to the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of YouTube experience.
• Experience with Google, Microsoft and Apple productivity apps (Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote).
• YouTube Analytics experience.
• Knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Airtable).
• Experience managing direct reports and communicating with managers.

Responsibilities

• Create channel reporting & analyze metrics with SPS support.
• Lead client meetings & prepare meeting agendas.
• Review YouTube titles and descriptions for optimization.
• Assist with deck creation and copywriting.
• Oversee team operations and content calendar.
• Oversee content edits and QC with editors.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide recommendations on overall channel strategy.
• Manage a coordinator and delegate tasks.
