Job summary

INDEVCO North America, Inc. is seeking a Category Manager – Packaging to own category strategies, manage supplier relationships, and optimize profitability across packaging products.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Quality, and Finance to ensure a competitive portfolio and reliable supply. The ideal candidate brings 5–10 years in strategic procurement or category management within packaging, plus strong negotiation and analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5-10 years in strategic procurement, product/category management, or packaging.
• Experience negotiating multimillion-dollar supplier agreements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies and roadmaps.
• Manage lifecycle and portfolio of packaging products.
• Identify market trends and opportunities for cost savings.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches and pricing strategies.
• Support S&OP, inventory, and supply continuity initiatives.
