• 2–4 years of previous experience in a buyer role required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with all departments.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word); JDE experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Procure packaging supplies while pursuing cost reductions and manage inventory.
• Expedite purchase orders and resolve purchasing-related issues.
• Produce quotes and bids for sales, optimizing cost, quality, and inventory performance.
• Coordinate stock transfers and follow up on orders for timely delivery.
• Maintain purchasing documents, reports, and correspondence; resolve invoice discrepancies.
