Job summary

Harvest Hill Beverage Company, based in Stamford, CT, is seeking a Jr. Buyer to support procurement across direct materials, including chemicals, raw materials, and packaging.

This role partners with Operations Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Quality, and suppliers to ensure continuity of supply and favorable total cost, while maintaining strong service levels across the network. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or materials planning in manufacturing.
• Experience purchasing direct materials, including chemicals, raw materials, and packaging, is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing for packaging, chemicals, and raw materials.
• Create and manage purchase orders in AX for packaging, chemicals, and raw materials.
• Coordinate material setup requests and item master changes with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Analyze and reconcile inventories of raw ingredients, chemicals, concentrates, flavors, and other direct materials.
• Identify opportunities to reduce scrap through better planning and inventory management.
• Develop monthly tracking tools and supplier forecasts for key platforms.
