Job summary

Solidigm, headquartered in Rancho Cordova, CA, seeks a collaborative Management Reporting and P&L Analyst to deliver accurate financial statements and insights. You will support actual and forecast management reporting, develop senior leadership materials, and drive P&L improvement plans with partners.

Responsibilities include preparing reports for weekly to annual reviews, and recommending process improvements with automation to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (OneStream, Adaptive Insights, or similar).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Preferred 2+ years of experience in accounting and US GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create and analyze financial information and business trends and develops financial reports, variance explanations, risk assessments and solutions
• Identifies, performs and drives process improvement opportunities in the month end close processes
• Supports management reporting related to operations performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Makes recommendations around financial process improvements by maintaining financial tools to perform analysis and recommends automation and more efficient methods of creation and delivery
• Develops periodic management reports for performance measurement of different business units and the organization
• Supports decision making by providing ad hoc financial and key performance indicator analysis to influence and drive measurable improvements to the P&L
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Preferred 2+ years of experience in the following:
• Accounting and knowledge of US GAAP standards
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., OneStream, Adaptive Insights, or similar).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
