Solidigm, headquartered in Rancho Cordova, CA, seeks an Senior Director of Corporate Financial Reporting & Analysis to lead enterprise-wide financial reporting, forecasting consolidation, KPI governance, and executive decision support. You will drive management reporting packages and coordinate quarterly and annual plans with senior leaders.

You will manage a team delivering executive reports to the CEO, CFO, and Board, partnering with Accounting, Treasury, and BU FP&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics required or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 15+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or Reporting experience.
• Significant exposure to Executive Leadership Team.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and enterprise planning processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead consolidated company financials, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning (LRP) reporting.
• Own enterprise-wide management reporting packages, including revenue, gross margin, Opex, headcount, capex, KPI scorecards.
• Develop CFO/CEO/Executive and Board reporting materials with clear insights.
• Coordinate forecast submissions across FP&A teams and functions.
• Improve forecasting accuracy, reporting discipline, and planning process governance.
• Partner with business leaders on spending, headcount, investments, and resource allocation.
