Job summary

Solidigm in Rancho Cordova, CA is seeking a collaborative Management Reporting and P&L Analyst to join the Central Finance organization. You will help manage and deliver financial statements, provide insights, drive P&L improvements with partners, and support actual and forecast management reporting.

You will prepare presentations for senior leadership, develop periodic management reports for various business units, and contribute to ad hoc KPI analysis to influence improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting and US GAAP experience.
• Strong data analysis and modelling skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (OneStream, Adaptive Insights).

Responsibilities

• Create and analyze financial information and business trends and develop financial reports, variance explanations, risk assessments and solutions.
• Identify, perform and drive process improvement opportunities in the month end close processes.
• Support management reporting related to operations performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Provide ad hoc financial and KPI analysis to influence P&L improvements.
