Job summary

The role supports process improvements and technology enhancements across the L&D function, ensuring governance, compliance, and continuous improvement. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in corporate learning are required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the planning, execution, and delivery of select projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Collaborates with National L&D team members and business stakeholders to establish project goals and support learning initiatives across project lifecycle.
• Develops detailed project plans, allocates resources, monitors accountability and progress to maximize resources.
• Supports governance, escalation, and decision-making processes as needed.
