Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a P&C Project Manager, Learning & Development to oversee end-to-end L&D projects. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage timelines and resources, and drive governance and continuous improvement across the L&D function.

The role emphasizes program management for both e-learning and in-person training, leveraging learning technologies and platforms to deliver measurable outcomes. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in corporate L&D project management.
• Experience with program management across e-learning and instructor-led training.
• Experience at a professional services firm preferred.
• Knowledge of adult learning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning, execution, and delivery of select projects aligned with goals and timelines.
• Collaborates with National L&D team and stakeholders to define project goals across lifecycle.
• Develops detailed project plans, allocates resources, tracks progress and accountability.
• Leads or supports internal L&D projects (operating model changes, process enhancements, tool rollouts).
• Manages dependencies to ensure coordinated execution across teams.
• Supports implementation of learning technologies, platforms, and methodologies.
