Minimum QualificationsManage the day-to-day service delivery for an assigned portfolio of middle market commercial property & casualty clients, including complex and multi-line accounts across a variety of industries.
Serve as the primary client service contact, building trusted relationships with clients, carrier partners, and internal stakeholders.
Resolve moderately complex client service issues involving coverage interpretation, policy administration, claims coordination, certificates of insurance, endorsements, audits, and billing inquiries.
Coordinate with Producers, Account Executives, carriers, and underwriting partners to ensure timely and accurate client service delivery.
Support the marketing and renewal process by gathering underwriting information, preparing renewal submissions, reviewing proposals, and assisting with coverage comparisons.
Facilitate policy changes, endorsements, certificates, evidences of property insurance, loss runs, and other service requests within established service standards.
Conduct policy reviews and assist clients in understanding coverage options, industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory developments affecting their business.
Identify gaps in coverage and generate client interest in additional insurance products and risk management solutions, referring opportunities to Producers as appropriate.
Represent clients internally and coordinate resources to address ongoing service needs, strategic initiatives, and special projects.
Participate in client meetings, renewal strategy discussions, stewardship meetings, and carrier meetings as needed.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in agency management systems and carrier portals.
Ensure compliance with CBIZ policies, carrier requirements, internal controls, and industry regulations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, wholesalers, and vendor partners.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to less experienced service team members.
