Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to promote Sysco products and services, build relationships with new and existing accounts, and drive profitable sales in the Oxnard territory.

This outside sales role may require non-traditional hours. The position offers a competitive base salary, bonus, car allowance (mileage reimbursement in CA), and a robust benefits package including ESOP and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Bi-Lingual required or preferred.
• Experience in Restaurant Management, Foodservice Outside Sales, or Chef background is advantageous.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business, penetrate accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable growth.
• Seek and qualify prospects per company account stratification goals.
• Research customer needs and tailor a mix of products and services.
• Evaluate market trends and recommend products to meet business goals.
• Share market and competitor information as part of value-added services.
