Job summary

Web Business Solutions Inc. seeks a Marketing Analyst/Outreach Coordinator to develop and execute outreach, marketing, social media, and strategic communications efforts.

You will advise leadership and regional campuses on consistent messaging aligned with CDET programs and distance learning capabilities. The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, five years of marketing experience, and eligibility for a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Five years of professional experience in marketing, outreach, communications, public affairs, or stakeholder engagement.
• Active Secret clearance is required for supporting classified events or tasks.
• CDMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate outreach and communication efforts to inform and educate key audiences about CDET products and programs.
• Provide information about CDET programs and distance learning capabilities to leadership, program managers, and curriculum developers at USMC schools and HQMC.
• Maintain robust customer outreach and marketing campaigns to improve distance learning use across the Marine Corps and develop a Strategic Communications plan.
• Advise regional RDs in development and execution of region-specific outreach programs.
• Serve as primary writer for industry publications and correspondence to ensure consistent voice reflecting CDET messaging.
• Provide outreach content expertise to all CDET departments, including the website.
• Estimate, track, and report DAPS printing expenditures.
• Collaborate with RDs and staff to communicate with prospective audiences via social media and other channels.
