Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Health and Human Service.
• Minimum one year experience in a mental health setting performing group, individual and/or family therapy with children and adolescents. Also, one year administrative experience supervising other clinicians.
• LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LPC-S, LPC-A, PMH-NP licensure required.
• Strong knowledge of current evidence-based practices. CPR and HWC training must be completed before direct care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an organized clinical services program.
• Maintain compliance with clinical program policy manual.
• Allocate staff resources per approved FTE guidelines.
• Ensure hiring and disciplinary actions follow hospital policies.
• Provide supervision and timely staff evaluations.
