EY is seeking an Outcome / Product Lead to own ventures from discovery through measurable value. You will unite users, practitioners, designers, engineers, and specialists around a clear outcome in a role that blends innovation, product management, and business transformation.

Reporting into Challenger Core, you will shape strategy, define baselines, and drive adoption with up to 50% travel and hybrid on-site requirements.

Competenze

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
9-12+ years of relevant experience.
Ownership of a product, service, or transformation from discovery through adoption.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams without direct authority.
Travel up to 50% and hybrid/onsite requirements.

Mansioni

Own the product vision, priorities, roadmap from discovery through sustained value.
Frame problems with users and practitioners, establishing baselines and success measures.
Lead research, prototypes, and experiments testing key assumptions.
Align multidisciplinary partners and manage escalation decisions beyond your authority.
Partner with Product Insights to measure outcomes and advise on continuation or scaling.
Prepare business and service owners to sustain adoption and benefits after transfer.
