Velvetech is seeking two ambitious and results-oriented Outbound Lead Generation Specialists to join our growing team and drive our new business pipeline. You will identify, engage, and qualify potential clients across FinTech, Healthcare, Logistics, and e-commerce, using cold calling, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach to schedule introductory meetings for our Sales team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a B2B sales development or lead generation role.
• Software/technology sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to identify and engage target ICPs.

Responsabilités

• Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients aligned with ICP.
• Craft highly personalized emails and LinkedIn messages.
• Conduct targeted cold calls to decision-makers.
• Schedule introductory meetings for the Sales team.
• Log outreach activities and track KPIs in the CRM.
