Job summary

Qualifications

• Education in safety or occupational health or related field with 24 semester hours in safety-related disciplines.
• Experience in implementing safety programs, advising management on safety issues, and applying safety laws and regulations.
• Experience analyzing hazards and developing/remediating safety improvements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct occupational safety and health program activities nationwide.
• Advise management on safety concerns, investigations, and labor relations matters related to OSH.
• Analyze safety data, identify hazards, and recommend corrective actions to prevent accidents.
• Serve as FER0 for safety and coordinate emergency response planning and drills.
