Job summary

i360technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Functional Lead to support an enterprise financial management modernization program for federal agencies.

The role bridges business operations and Core FS configuration, aligning with FIBF and FFM standards across multi-agency environments. The Functional Lead will drive requirements traceability, document SOPs, and coordinate with agency representatives to ensure successful demonstrations and readiness activities, including data mapping and change

Qualifications

• 7+ years of federal financial management experience with ERP implementation focus.
• Experience leading functional workstreams on Oracle ERP implementations (Oracle EBS 12.x) within CFO Act agency environments.
• Familiarity with OMB Circular A-123, CFO Act and FASAB standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements traceability and identify gaps between legacy FM systems and Core FS.
• Drive business process analysis for GL, AP, AR, budgeting, costing, and financial reporting.
