Astute Business Solutions Inc is seeking a Senior Project Manager to organize, manage, and plan complex IT engagements, including Oracle Cloud migrations (OCI / PaaS and IaaS), ERP patching, and modernization roadmaps. Active PMP is required, with 7+ years delivering enterprise Oracle projects in client-facing settings.

The role is remote for US-based work authorization, with a base salary of $130,000–$145,000 plus bonus, health coverage, a 401(k) plan, and flexible PTO.

Formación

• Active PMP certification is required.
• Experience managing Oracle technologies (OCI, Fusion Cloud Applications, PeopleSoft, EBS, or Banner).
• Understanding of cloud migration patterns and ERP maintenance cycles.
• 7+ years in enterprise IT services, systems integration, or management consulting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver on time, within scope, and budget.
• Define project charters, WBS, timelines, and milestones.
• Oversee Oracle Cloud migrations, ERP upgrades/patching, and managed services transitions.
• Direct workflow and delegate tasks to analysts, consultants, and engineers.
• Perform upfront cost analysis and resource estimation for budgets.
• Monitor burn rates, profitability, and manage change requests.
• Perform risk assessments and maintain RAID logs; ensure compliance with standards.
• Bridge client leadership with internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Support business development with post-project retrospectives and scope input.
