Job summary

Enbridge Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Advisor, Operations Planning & Scheduling to shape strategic outage planning for pipelines and facilities. You will coordinate outage scope, schedules, and resources with operations, maintenance, engineering and commercial teams to ensure safe, reliable operation.

You will lead planning meetings, validate scopes, optimize sequencing, and drive continuous improvement in work management and asset data governance, including Maximo data quality.

Qualifications

• Related university degree with six or more years of experience.
• Eight or more years of operations experience.
• Experience with maintenance planning, outage coordination, or pipeline operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; valid driver\\'s license.
• Experience with SAP or Maximo is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated outage plans coordinating scope, schedule, and resources.
• Evaluate impacts, risks, and constraints to optimize outage sequencing.
• Lead maintenance planning meetings to align work with objectives.
• Manage outage preparation activities and stakeholder communications.
• Drive data governance and asset information management (e.g., Maximo).
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to procure materials and services.
• Support long-term asset reliability through workload forecasting and PM optimization.
