Job summary
Enbridge seeks a Senior Advisor, Operations Planning & Scheduling to shape strategic and tactical planning for pipelines and facilities. You will collaborate across operations, maintenance, engineering, and commercial teams to optimize outages and ensure reliable, safe execution.
You will lead planning activities, validate scope and duration, prioritize work by criticality, and support continuous improvement of planning processes and data governance.
Qualifications
- Requires related university degree with substantial experience in operations planning, outage coordination, or maintenance scheduling.
- Experience supporting maintenance planning, outage coordination, and work management in pipeline/facility ops.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated outage plans with schedules, scope, and resources.
- Evaluate impacts, risks, and constraints to optimize outage sequencing and readiness.
- Coordinate with Corporate Outage Scheduling and Commercial Operations to align priorities.
- Manage outage preparation, communications, and readiness reviews for successful events.
- Lead weekly planning meetings with Operations and Maintenance stakeholders to align work execution.
- Improve planning standards and governance for proactive maintenance.
