Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Senior Advisor, Operations Planning & Scheduling to shape strategic and tactical planning that supports safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our pipelines and facilities. You will collaborate across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and commercial teams to guide outage decisions and ensure execution readiness.

Responsibilities include developing integrated outage plans, optimizing sequencing and resource use, leading weekly planning meetings,

Qualifications

• Related university degree with six+ years of experience.
• Experience supporting maintenance planning, outage coordination, work management, or pipeline and facility operations.
• Ability to lead improvement initiatives in an operational environment.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook, and Excel; valid driver\'s license.
• Experience with SAP or Maximo.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated outage plans with stakeholders.
• Evaluate impacts to optimize outage sequencing, resources, and continuity.
• Lead planning meetings with Operations, Site Coordinators, Area Managers, and Maintenance teams.
• Ensure activities are planned and execution-ready with required labor, materials, and tools.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to procure critical materials and services.
• Provide leadership in asset data governance and maintenance records.
