Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Strategic Operations Planner to coordinate operational level planning and integration of capabilities in support of USSOCOM. The candidate will interface with senior USSOCOM staff, analyze capabilities, and develop options for future investments, leveraging compartmented intelligence.

This role requires TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, 7–10 years of relevant experience, travel up to 10%, and the ability to work independently and within joint teams.

Qualifications

• Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance, willing to submit to a Poly.
• Bachelor's degree and seven years of experience or ten years of relevant work experience.
• More than three years of specialized experience in military or IC compartmented activities (IJSTO, SAP, ACCM, etc.).
• More than three years of specialized experience in Information Operations support (Planning/Intelligence) and/or SOF operations support.
• Be deployable to CONUS/OCONUS locations and able to travel as required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; independent worker and team player.

Responsibilities

• Work with USSOCOM J8 to analyze capabilities and their operational effectiveness.
• Support development of operational planning teams for comprehensive analysis.
• Coordinate with DoD, IA/IC, TSOCs, and GCCs to assess environment and threats.
• Travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations for stakeholder engagements and KLEs.
• Assist with briefings to senior leaders and contribute to mission analysis.
• Support daily operations and ongoing staff functions at headquarters.
