CACI International Inc is seeking a Strategic Operations Planner to coordinate operational level planning and integration of capabilities in support of USSOCOM. The candidate will interface with senior USSOCOM staff, analyze capabilities, and develop options for future investments, leveraging compartmented intelligence.
This role requires TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, 7–10 years of relevant experience, travel up to 10%, and the ability to work independently and within joint teams.

As a CACI Strategic Operations Planner (SOP), you will facilitate and coordinate all aspects of the operational level planning, synchronization, and integration of capabilities in support of USSOCOM. The planner will interface with senior levels of USSOCOM and consult with all the staff directorates to analyze specified USSOCOM capabilities and develop options for the command on future investments. They will have a comprehensive understanding of the operations of the USSOCOM Enterprise and leverage compartmented intelligence to understand threats to future USSOCOM operations. The planner will keep both USSOCOM and CACI management/leaders abreast of issues, risks, and accomplishments. The planner will also take part of operational planning teams from the USSOCOM staff to analyze specified capabilities.
