Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, portfolio management, project management, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed global environment.
• Strong executive communication, presentation development, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work independently.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Business Management: Support development, execution, and tracking of SPO priorities and business objectives; translate goals into actionable plans with milestones and roadmaps; monitor progress and identify risks and opportunities.
• Leadership Support & Organizational Effectiveness: Partner with leadership to improve effectiveness; coordinate priorities and meetings; prepare executive briefings and communications; ensure alignment across initiatives.
• Governance & Operational Excellence: Lead governance processes; establish operating rhythms and dashboards; coordinate planning and reviews; track commitments and risks.
• RODI Strategic Support: Provide flexible support across RO D I initiatives; contribute to cross-functional projects; accelerate execution of priorities and initiatives.
