Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Operations within the Regulatory Affairs SPO organization. You’ll translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, align leadership goals to milestones, and drive governance and execution across a complex global matrix.

You will partner with senior leaders, support RO DI initiatives, and help accelerate priorities while maintaining robust governance, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of strategy, operations, consulting, portfolio or project management experience.
• Ability to operate in a global matrix organization and influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, track priorities, and translate goals into actionable plans.
• Support leadership with executive briefings, communications, and governance.
• Coordinate planning cycles, governance processes, and performance dashboards.
• Provide flexible support for RO DI initiatives and cross-functional programs.
