Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, organizational leadership, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare with leadership in strategy, operations, transformation, or cross-functional portfolio leadership.
• At least 2 years in consulting or consulting role with cross-functional engagement.
• Formal project management or continuous improvement training/certification.
• Director-level leadership of complex, high-visibility initiatives in a matrix organization.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Enterprise portfolio leadership capabilities including governance, resource and risk oversight.
• Excellent executive presence and written/verbal communication.
• Strong facilitation and change leadership skills.
• High learning agility and integrity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and AI/digital tools.
• Storytelling and presentations skills.

Responsibilities

• Refine and activate US OBU strategy with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate strategy into operating plans, decision rights, metrics, and communications.
• Lead governance and operating rhythms for the US Oncology Business Unit.
• Build scalable frameworks, standard work, and governance for consistency and speed.
• Oversee initiative health, milestones, risks, and interdependencies; propose options.
• Develop dashboards and performance measures for prioritization and accountability.
• Partner with Finance to influence resource allocation and budget visibility.
• Coordinate leadership communications and town hall logistics.
