The GARRETT GROUP seeks a Strategic Operations (SOPS) Instructor for future opportunities at Offutt AFB, NE. The role focuses on training SOPS personnel, including Presidential Strike Advisor functions and NAOC-specific processes, to support national-level exercise planning.

Facilitating certification, evaluation, and coaching, you will develop practical exercises and scenarios to strengthen operational readiness in a mission-driven environment with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with SOPS processes (NAOC) and related mission operations.
• Familiarity with nuclear command and control (NMCS/NPES) is required.
• Previous work at USSTRATCOM or NMCS is preferred.
