Leidos seeks an Operations Planning SME to translate strategic guidance into executable plans and advise senior leaders. This principal-level role requires deep JPP knowledge, cross-domain planning, and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

The candidate will lead Joint Planning Groups, develop agency strategy, and author planning documents while coordinating with CCMDs and other partners. A TS/SCI clearance is required and JA/advanced warfighting credentials are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline with 15 years of related experience in military operational planning, or Master’s with 10 years.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Expertise in the Joint Planning Process (JPP) from Planning Initiation to Plan/Order Development.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert planning support for Crisis Action, Future Operations, and Deliberate planning for the J3/J5 Directorates with viable options.
• Compose and disseminate OPORDs/FRAGORDs addressing complex policy and doctrinal issues such as dual chains of command.
• Lead COA development, analysis, wargaming, and use screening criteria to evaluate options.
• Apply advanced planning concepts (COG, Lines of Operation, Lines of Effort) to solve complex military problems.
