Divisions Maintenance Group (DMG) is seeking an Operations Manager in Cincinnati, OH to serve as a strategic operational partner to the GTM department leader. You will drive consistent execution, handle high‑impact escalations, and balance workload across AEs in training and AOMs.

This role emphasizes coaching, onboarding, and disciplined, data‑driven decision making. The successful candidate will lead cross‑functional initiatives, partner with Field teams and service providers, and help grow

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations management or related roles.
• Experience leading teams and coaching early-career staff.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to department leader and drive initiatives.
• Lead operational execution across assigned accounts and KPIs.
• Own high-level ticket and customer escalations with timely resolution.
• Manage workload planning across AEs in training and AOMs.
• Mentor AOMs and AEs during training.
• Ensure onboarding and performance management for early-career staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.
• Support executive-level communications with customers.
• Analyze productivity, quality, and financial data to identify trends.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and tools.
